BoConcept approached Panoptic to help with the launch of their new product range, in their Edinburgh store and scope brand expectations. The brand is Stylish, modern & Chic. Our experience offering had to reflect this in the event design. We established what the brand actually wanted by asking a series of questions to understand their main points.
Panoptic realised the BoConepts were unsure of the results they could expect from the event. Panoptic agreed ambitious targets which focused the direction of the event. Instead of just numbers through the door, we planned a Brand Awareness exercise and Returned on Investment. £! What legacy do they wish to create?
Our internationally experienced event staff provided the highest level of customer service/ For the night, we created a Danish menu of Canapes to present to the customers. Based on Michelin star chefs. Our bars offering, allowed the shop staff to do what they do best. We work closely with Aperol and we brought them into offer Aperol Spritz allowing other clients to tap into the high net worth customer.
We filmed the event to showcase the event, the brand and the clients. All paving the way for brand awareness and sales. Other brands involved in the night were Bang & Olufsen + Farrow & Ball.
