Table Mountain 

Table Mountain is South Africa’s most iconic landmark. It is famous for being a flat-topped Mountain that was given the name ‘Taboa do Cabo’ (Table of the Cape) because of its three-kilometre level plateau overlooking Cape Town.

If hiking, exploring magnificently diverse ecosystems and spectacular picturesque views entice you, then this is definitely one for the bucket list!

Table Mountain’s impressive, exotic and partially endangered ecosystem is made up of more than 2,200 species of plants. It is also home to a wonderful variety of unique wildlife such as the Dassie, Cape Mountain Zebra, Chacma Baboons, Penguins, Porcupines, Mongooses, Snakes, Lizards, Tortoises, the Table Mountain Ghost Frog and many more.

It’s no wonder this site is the country’s most photographed attraction and its famous cable car has taken millions of people to its top. This should be at the top of everyones list of the best incentives in Cape Town!

Chapman’s Peak 

This narrow road bends along the coast for 9km. Seamlessly carved into cliffs that show off panoramic views of the Atlantic and Western Mountains of the Cape Peninsula.

These Penguins are protected and kept safe by SANCCO, A non-profit organisation who’s mission is to stop them from going extinct through the rescue, rehabilitation and release of ill, injured, abandoned and oiled seabirds – a great CSR initiative to get involved with as part of your incentive.

Holden Manz Wine Estate

Something a little bit further a field… Holden Manz Wine Estate boasts 54 acres of beautiful vineyard that dates back to the 1990’s and is located in one of Cape Town’s famous winelands, Franschhoek Valley. Grapes are not native to South Africa but since Western Cape’s Mediterranean climate is an ideal place to grow them, it is now renowned as one of the best wine-producing nations in the world.
