CASE STUDY
PayFest Glasgow 2019
In July, those who fought for 12 years to get equal pay had the chance to celebrate after their well deserved to payout. We were delighted to be the ones who have organised this event to celebrate long-awaited equality and there was no better place than the WORLD FAMOUS BARROWLANDS.
From creating the storyline, providing a team of 57 staff and delivering an outstanding entertainment for the night, which included the amazing MASSAOKE doing a “Girl Power” set and Real Radio DJ Paul Harper.
Our main focus for this event was to create an event that would leave a lasting legacy. A party that people would talk about and delight the 1153 people that turned up to enjoy this night left with their custom made medal.
As a part of the event, we also provided the event tech which turned phones into photo booths and automatically printed every picture they took and used the screens located on them the main stage to show all the pictures attendees were uploading to Social Media using the very own Hashtag for the evening.
To immortality the occasion, the BBC ‘One Show’ featured the women who fought to ensure Equal Pay. Congratulations to all the claimants for winning their battle!
